Protect Your #1 Investment, Your home is probably the single largest investment your will ever have. Your foundation is one of the most importent parts of your home. When it fails it can cause damage to other parts of your house including doors, windows, walls, and even your roof!
You can do a simple inspection of your home yourself. Inspect the walls around your windows for cracks that can sometimes extend to the ceiling or down to the floor. Check to see if there are doors that don’t latch when you close them, incuding front and back doors. Outside your home you can look for cracks in morter between bricks or siding that seems to be spreading open. Look at your roof line to see if slopes or has bulges in it as this can be an indication that you may have foundation problems.
Foundation problems don’t go away on their own and will worsen in time. If you plan to do some remodeling or a complete renovation, it is strongly recomended that you have your foundation inspected beforehand.Licenses / Credentials :
